Integration with Wayfair would make you elevate to a another level

Please sync tags between the two programs. Both have a tag system - so this should be a simple add column to API call between the two.

Shopify has a standard field in its orders section called FULFILL BY. This is the date by which I must ship the product from my warehouse. However, this field does not import to Orderhive (I believe this would fall into Orderhive's SHIPPING DUE DATE field). I run multiple stores through Orderhive and prefer to view all orders from Orderhive's dashboard. However, if I can't view the SHIPPING DUE DATE from Orderhive for my Shopify orders, my use of Orderhive is limited. I've spoken with Orderhive's developers to troubleshoot, but unfortunately Shopify's FULFILL BY date does not appear in Orderhive's RAW ORDER RESPONSE DATA. I reached out to Shopify to request that data be input into the code that is sent to Orderhive, but recommended I contact Orderhive's developers to address this.

OH retries failed stock updates, but not shipments. Can you also retry other updates so customers get their relevant order information? (This is with Magento 2 integration)

We usually have updates in the invoices, as xero wont take any update once we have an edit, we need an option to resync the order details to xero.

Synchronize Orderhive invoice numbers with the same invoice number in the Xero Invoice Number column instead of being generated from Xero's own run number. without an Orderhive invoice number will cause difficult to find the invoice Number and do Bank Reconciliation in Xero. Customer is always taking the we send them Orderhive invoice number as a reference when making the payment.

How can I completely remove a store/integration. I have it set as inactive but I want it and all products and prices associated with it removed

we would love to be able to have the tracking categorie sync to xero

It would be nice if bigcommerce price syncs would work both ways. Is there a current workaround to pull updated prices from BC?
