A nice feature of Orderhive was chat support. However, recently it was removed from the platform.
Additionally when an email is sent to support@orderhive.com there is no auto-response with a ticket number nor any response at all. This leaves the user wondering if anyone on the Support Team has seen the email and how long, or even if it will be addressed.
Please bring back chat support, or if not, then set up auto responses with ticket number for emails sent to support@orderhive.com.
