Hi, I'm trying to use Order Hive on my phone but its almost impossible, there will be a new web version for smartphone or a new app?

Sometimes I have to wait a few hours until I get to a computer so that I can see check some info.

i use my Iphone in my warehouse to make changes to orders and inventory. I use an Iphone. There is no way to scroll up and down or left to right to see the entire screen. I need to be able to use my phone, not only my desktop, as I have a large warehouse and cannot walk around with my laptop.

We also run into this issue often. Even when opening orderhive on "Desktop version" on mobile it doesn't load correctly. Even on a small tablet it is not useable.

Hi Cara Ucci Thank you for your feedback. Orderhive is a web based platform which supports laptop/monitor screens and iPads. The best way to manage your use case can be using an iPad at this moment and in near future we can start supporting inventory adjustments on our mobile app feature. We will discuss it internally and let you know as soon as we can.

such a waste of time, a good mobile site would be fine. Who manages their business through an app.

hello. please check the app from the erp system "veeqo". they made a very powerful and very simple app. it would suite perfectly to orderhive.

seeing Sales from all channels in realtime (today, yesterday, last 7 days, custome)
seeing inventory and adjusting stockcount with phone
check shipping situation

vollgutleben GmbH: Agree, we moved to Orderhive from Veeqo and used the app all the time when we had that platform. Great for triaging orders, checking on stock, looking up products via barcodes etc.
