There needs to be either a manual or (preferably) automatic way to allow orders from the same customer to be merged so we only send one parcel via courier. This is essential please!

Hi this still was not implemented correctly. Please contact me for a video. unprocessed and cancelled orders have no relevance. It is needed for TO SHIP!!!

We have started showing alert for number of unprocessed and cancelled order of customer on order detail page.

Question : How often you get orders from same customers?

Jayneel Patel: Thanks Jayneel, we have multiple orders daily from the same customers so it would be very useful :)

Jayneel Patel: we have orders from the same customer often because of the way we promote it as an upsell so we end up paying shipping costs that could be combined but this is not easy to see inside of OrderHive like other apps.

If not a merge please just have indicators that the orders can be combined so we can make the decision when they are from the same person

I prefer manual. It could work that it will compare orders and their customer names and emails. If there is a similarity it should show a button if you wish to merge the orders.
