Many times supplier send products which are not upto to the mark, so we would like to make a note of it for each supplier the no. of return created along with the reason for the same.

upon our agreement We frequently return the non moving goods to our suppliers, i find that there is no possibility on Order hive to return the purchases, I would be very helpful for users if the product team can develops the same

Hi Jayneel Patel. This is planned since more that 2 years ago. When is it coming into development?

My users need to fully or partially return POs when products arrive with defects, and many times when the PO had some error that need to be fixed (such as the wrong payment method or even the wrong vendor), just to create a new one and fix the error.

I believe this is normally called either a "Purchase Return Order" or a Returns Purchase Order" It is effectively the opposite of a purchase order. Stock should be received and then quarantined until it is returned. A quarantine status or "unavailable" goods status shoud be associated with it.

I would also like to be able to reverse a purchase order if it is received incorrectly or needs to be returned to the supplier. From my understanding, once it is received, you can't make any changes unless it is directly on the items.
