We really need to be able to "UN"- Complete and order.

Why is this removed from 'feedback' in the system? It's the most requested feature and now it looks like the app is the most requested.

Our team is already working on this. We will keep everyone informed in this group.

I just signed up with OrderHive and started working on the integration today.
I already need this feature. Spent the last hour trying to figure out how to do this.
All my partially shipped orders came in as Shipped from WooCommerce sync. Need to move these to confirmed.

Dan Cox: The best thing to do AND IT IS NOT A FIX (are you listening Orderhive?) Is to create a delay in importing.

Any update?

This is base functionality. This is the second most upvoted feature and we haven't even heard from the developers. That doesn't build a lot of confidence.

Does OrderHive have a plan to address this at anypoint in your roadmap? I dont mean to sound rude by any means I appreciate all the you do but this options isn't really a feature request its a necessity.

James Lee: James did you come over from Stitch Labs as well?

This does seem odd. It is common to have to adjust orders after they are delivered. For instance, we need to refund shipping to a customer who complained it took too long to get to him. Shipping cannot be "returned" as it is not a product. The order just needs to be edited. But it can't be.

Steve Hingtgen: Hey Steve - we have had a similar problem and completely concur... curious though - whtat have you done to correct the situation in Orderhive - start the order over?

9208-9804 QC INC - MS DISTRIBUTION: I don't have a solution.Orderhive suggested we cancel the order and build it fresh. But if the order originated and syncs with a channel like BigCommerce, be careful becasue the cancel will transmit up to BigCom and the new order won't be linked to the BigCom store. Orderhive has told us this is part of their core architecture and cannot be adjusted. It's clearly an issue that needs resovolving.

We have another situation that we need to edit a completed order and cannot. They should not have been charged sales tax and I need to credit them back. I cannot fix it since the order is "complete."

I agree 100% on this even if its a time frame limitation like within 30 days order can be un complete. Can someone from OrderHive explain the reasoning for not being able to un complete or revert a completed order status? Even if some features could be added to create similar effect like reship order so you could issue a new shipping label for the order and have the option to deduct inventory if reshipping. I know there have been cases where the customer will call and request overnight shipping after we have already created a label and completed order. Maybe void label option that when doing so the order gets set back to awaiting shipping obviously this wont work if the order was set to fulfilled without label but I would think that instance would have an uncompleted feature standard. You should be able to issue a refund on order if its complete or not I know this can at least be done in shopify but who wants to do anything in shopify its always better to handle things within one system. I say create user accounts access options so only selected staff accounts have high enough privilege to uncompleted order. Another possibility is to set an option for us to set a time frame after order is completed to fully finalize the order into a state that will no longer allow any type of edit and or uncompleted option.
