Customers or orders search should give result when we search using company name in stead of first or last name

When searching for customers or orders if I have just their first and last name as normal and the compnay name in the address field, you cant search by company name example. Search "Five little monkeys" that is the company name of one of my customers, but it does not come up only her name Stephanie Sala is searchable most whoelsales search by compnay name, not the buyers name

Being able to sear by Name or Company Name would be very helpful!
